Some of the trannys have issues with the torque convertor locking and unlocking at highway speeds. It is caused by noise is some of the wiring. You can get them from DTT. Check out this link:

I struggled with this for many months. I installed the DTT noise filter, ran the jumper wire, replaced the TPS, but in the end, what finally and completely eliminated the problem, was simply replacing all the battery cable ends and eliminating all the corrosion. This brought the voltage back up in the system, and i have not had any problems with lock-up since. You might want to try it.
