I'm going to be pulling mine to have them cleaned and pop tested. I will be doing the labor but what would be a fair price to expect?

I believe my injectors are dirty as well, but I would like to try a fuel additive injector cleaner first before having the injectors worked on. What is meant by having an injector pop tested? Any suggestions on the best FI cleaner I can buy?

 

fuel injectors do not need cleaning. i do not know where this myth got started. the injector is made to where it pop's open to inject the fuel at a certain pressure. about 30 years ago we took a hand hydraulic pump and fitted it with a gauge we use a glass gar that the injector body can rest on and increase the pressure to see where it pops off at and observe the spray pattern
