diesel fuel stabilizer question
After a year, "stabilizer" would be locking the barn after the horse ran off.
I'd try to get a fuel sample to be sure alge hasn't formed, pour in a bottle of PowerService or the elixer of your choice and try to fire it up.
Make sure you have a couple of fuel filters on hand just in case.
