Red face Dead Pedal and Burned Heater Grid Cables

Can anybody help me? I want my truck back!!!!!
What the heck is going on with my truck?? I went to start it and immediately it revved to approximately 1300rpm I tapped the pedal and nothing happened, so I shut it off and tried again 2 more times and the same thing so I shut it off again and popped the hood for a look see.

When I raised the hood the first thing that caught my eye was the color of the cold air intake elbow going into the manifold it was dark brown where it was mounted to the manifold and got lighter going towards the boot, so of course I touched it $#@*& it was HOT! I also noticed where the wires connect to the heater grid on back the insulation was melted.

I checked the codes and here is what I got
P PCU 1693
P ECU 0237
0382
0380
1689

What do I do, the powertrain is still under warranty could this be a dealer issue or do I need to get a second job???

2002 HO 6 speed 4X4 SWB extended-cab K&N cold air intake, 5" Bullydog exhaust, Edge juice w/att, performance boost elbow, FASS 150 gph.

Check your wiring. Could just be a loose or corroded connection or connector. Codes below....

P1693 (M) DTC Detected in PCM/ECM or DTC
Detected in ECM
A 9Companion DTC9 was set in both the ECM and PCM.

P0237 (M) Map Sensor Voltage Too Low MAP sensor voltage input below the minimum acceptable
voltage.

P0382 (M) Intake Air Heater Relay #2 Control
Circuit
Problem detected in #2 air heater solenoid/relay circuit
(not heater element

P0380 (M) Intake Air Heater Relay #1 Control
Circuit
Problem detected in #1 air heater solenoid/relay circuit
(not heater element)

P1689 (M) No Communication Between ECM
and Injection Pump Module
Data link circuit failure between ECM and fuel injection
pump. Low power, engine derated, or engine stops.

Good question. Just guessing from your symptoms I would start with the ground connections. Everywhere a wire is screwed or bolted directly to the engine or body under the hood. Physically touch wiring harnesses as you inspect them for chaffing. Check connections and grounds on the the ECM on the side of the engine and the PCM which is on the firewall behind the air filter. Its hard to say exactly where to start or exactly what to look for. From all the issues and codes you have described my guess is if its not a bad wire sending false info to the ECM then it could be the ECM itself has gone bad. Maybe someone else here has some experience and info to add?

OK all this stuff happening to my truck which I have already had a new Turbo and a new Injector pump and lift pump under warranty and still have less than 65,000miles. All this is starting to make me want to get rid of this truck for fear of what the future holds, and now I understand possibly my VP44 has taken a dump again?????????
