Common Electrical problems? (not dimming headlights)

So, recently I lost 5th gear and forgot about the 5th gear nut issue. Currently I'm having a few electrical problems and cannot think of an obvious causes. Without going into too much depth of details I'll just list the components and see if anyone's dealt with or knows of these problems.

1. Right Blinker and Brakelight don't work (bulb was replaced) and no fuses are blown.
2. Windshield wipers intermittently don't work unless set to the fastest mode.
3. There's either a considerable draw off the alternator (short somewhere) or the alternator is dying because at idle the voltage gauge reads low.

Thanks for any insight!

it would be the lever that does the signals and wipers and high beams.
