codes w/no symtoms

Yesterday my check engine light came on, truck running fine and all gauges reading fine. Got to my destination and did the key on/off 3x's thing and got the 1693 and 0216 codes. Truck runs fine and have around 14psi fuel pressure. Today I did the apps resest thinking that would clear the codes(batteries disconnected for 1hr). Nothing changed engine light still on and codes still there. Do I have to get a scanner to clear the codes? I thought just disconnecting the batteries would do it. Thanks for any help.

I see it's a 02. you could still be under the warrenty if not over you mile. get it to the dealer with that code and you could win the lotto! and get a new pump on their dollar But if your over your miles then that's not good, pump is on it's way south could be tommow or later, but that's were it's heading

Thanks blackdiesel02,
I only have 59k on it. I am on my 3rd lift pump so I think I have a pretty good argument for warranty work even with the jammer III's. I can't see why injectors would cause problems with the VP since they are down stream. I took the VA5 off months ago before the injectors.
