code 0237

I've had a significant loss in hp and terrible fuel mileage. I took a code reading before i unplugged my bullydog and didn't get the code 0237 until after i unplugged my programmer. Is this just a map sensor problem or is there anything else i should check out?

From my info I have with my code reader a P0237 is a Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low. Now your guess is as good as mine as to the fix or the problem. Hope this helps a bit.
