Code 0122

Check for codes and 0122, along with 1693 came up... anybody by chance now what it means?

Try - P0122 Throttle Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Low Input; and P1693 Turbo Charge Control Circuit Malfunction.

may or may not cause driveability issues... there are some reset procedures for this. One can be found here in the tech facts and I think the other is put out by DTT... don't quote me on that though. Either of these may only be a temporary fix but if you're not noticing driveability issues... dead pedaling, bucking and jerking at low RPM... you may not even have a real problem yet.

The APPS was loose because I removed that to tap the VP44, so I'm sure thats where the 0122 came from. Think the tap caused the 1693?



No I haven't disconnected the battery.

Thats what I thought too... I had it come up with a different code a few months back... and thats what somebody on here said.

Yes it is a companion code. The 0122 is the trouble code.
