Check engine light p0460

Check engine light came on and have a p0460 & the normal p1693 code. Truck seems to be running fine??? Anyone know what the p460 is?? Thanks,

according to haynes manual it is fuel level sensor circuit malfunction.

I'm going to guess that you fuel guage sender is going bad...

What is that and were does it go?? Is it covered under the Cummins 100,000 mile warrenty.

As far as I know it is NOT covered by the 100,000 warranty. Only the engine and drivetrain are covered at this point. Unless you extended you comprehensive coverage beyond the 36,000...Then its covered...

Some else might want to chime in and verify this... I pretty sure though...
