Changing oil brands at 160k
There is suppose to be a new CI-4 Valvoline Premium Blue Classic at Cummins, same spec as the old stuff. NAPA CI-4 is also Valvoline, if you can find it. Delo is good, proabaly not a lot of CI-4 left.
The quality of these oils is such that you do not need to run synthetic. Any CJ oil, including synthetic, is not as good as any CI-4, particularly Valvoline 15W-40.

Just be careful if you switch to synthetic. I've done this with most of my past vehicles (none of them diesel), and I've always wound up with all kinds of oil leaks. Other than that, I can't see any problem with it. I've been running the CJ4 Rotella, but I think I'm gonna switch to that new Valvoline Prem. Blue Classic if I can find it, or the Napa stuff.
