The cruise and overdrive/lockup stopped working all together on my truck. It was intermittent when the OD stopped the CC stopped also. But now both cruise and OD/lockup have stopped all together. Would the Transmission Range sensor or the Neutral Safety switch do this to it? If so how can I test, the truck will not start in drive or any gear so I think the NSS is fine. Any ideas?

 

How about the RPM sensor on left side of OD housing. It only bout $20.00 and difficult to test. Just replace

 

Thats the speed sensor correct? If so i replaced that and the PCM and the TPS.

 

Check the brake light switch.

 

Brake light switch operates correctly and checks out ok.

 

Ive got 5 volts going to the cruise switch, tps signal for tranny, and overdrive switch and 3-4 shift solenoid. I think I have a short or wire grounded out somewhere on the circuit.
