ok i was driveing homw leas night and i went to turn left and the weels turned like two inches and stoped. and now it wount turn left ad when the weels are strait the weel is all messed up it will turn all the wat right but not left what can i do?

 

Check your tie-rods and make sure they're not shot. It's somewhat difficult to discern what you mean by the wheel being straight and the wheel is messed up. It's possible you've bent your center link or less likely, your drag link.

 

possible the nut backed off on the pitman arm and pitman shaft rotated in the pitman arm, but it would have been very sloppy for a long long time, or the Power steering box is broke inside. or do you mean you have no power assist but driving the truck will let you turn to the left? (steering wheel turns easier when the truck is moving.)
