Burnt oil or something in turbo

Pulled the turbo inlet hose off a little bit ago to do some adjusting, and noticed some stuff that looked like burnt oil laying in the bottom of the turbo inlet. Light weight oil of some kind, and black. Doesn't smell. What could that be, hope I'm not burning something up. Thought the turbo was supposed to be dry and clean inside?

If you are using a oil treated air filter the oil you see is most likely from that.

Of course! First time I've pulled the hose off since I installed the ScottyII. It's oiled. Thanks man. I was worried for a minute there.
