Bouncing after warm up

Bouncing after warm up
Like the title says but driving. After 10+ min of driving i get a bouncing that is not felt in the steering wheel but at the seat at 40mph. Balanced tires 3 times and new rims and front end is tight. No noises either.

What do you think about cold tires w/flat spot?
How does it act after 1 hr driving?
