boost pressure

can anyone tell me what the boost pressure sensor is reading is supposed to be on a 98 24v my stays at .5 v and i have no power thank you

If i put the pedal down and make her pull hard through the shifting, my gauge will get to 28 lbs. without a trailer behind.
