Block Heaters

How do I know if I got a block heater on my truck were do I look for this at I have been looking and I don't see anything there with a electric cord anywhere

Your truck should have come stock with heater.
The cord goes into the engine block a little lower and to the rear of the oil filter.
The AC cord with plug could be wrapped up anywhere.

The plug is usually tucked in behind the passenger side headlight.
