Was banjo bolt gaskets...now fuel hose
Okay, I found the banjo bolt washer I lost - it was wedged into a crack on top of some component in the engine compartment where it had fallen. So, I've got all the gaskets from the last fuel lift pump, which FASS expects me to reuse for the DDRP install.
They provided a section of blue fuel hose to go between the lift pump and the fuel filter housing since the stock line won't fit with the new pump. Well, idiot move number 2, though I thought I had measured an excessive amount of hose when I cut it, it just isn't long enough when I inserted the line adapters!!!
Kragen only had the black high pressure multi-fuel injection hose, not the blue one. I'm told that is high-heat coating. Is it really going to make a huge difference if I use the regular high-pressure black hose? Is it going to burn up?

id put it together with the black hose until you can order some of the blue. im happy with the fass ddrp ii did last week on my truck but was also amazed that washers and new banjo bolts were not included.
You should scrap all those bajos and install pushlock 90 degree fittings
