another good trick is to load up your ball joint press, then get a large hammer and hit the spindel housing (right where the BJ goes thru)and you will find the balljoint press is loose so tighten it up aging and hit again, I've yet to find a BJ that wont come out this way, as for the hub I do the same thing, I used a hydralic jack between the frame and a bolt thats threaded into the hub, load it up and hit the spindle area hard it will edventually start moving.

OH MY GOOOD UP UNTIL I GOT TO THE PART WHERE U HAVE TO GET THE HUBS TO SEPERATE, LETS JUST SAY LOG SPLITTING WEDGE AND A SLEDGE HAMMER.

It took me ~3 hours a side with a 7LB sledge hammer and a press to get my lowers out. I'd recommend a 3/4" breaker bar, I broke a 1/2" on mine with a 3' cheater . I've done a few balljoint job's, these were by far the most stubborn I've come across .
