Back-up switch

Where is the back-up light switch on a 2001 3500 with a NV5600? I found a sensor on the middle right side toward the rear, but it looks like a temp sensor. Both backup lights are not working, and the fuse and bulbs are good. Thanks

Well first off, welcome to the site. Alot of good information can be found here as I am sure you already know. You could start by doing a search to see if anyone else has posted about this issue. Then I would check your wiring. I know that the older dodge trucks have grounds that disconnect and can cause problems. Also, please fill in your sig so that we know what year truck you have. It can be done under user cp.

There's no temp sensor on the NV5600. The only thing on it with wires going to it is the backup light switch. (Note to self - I need to change mine out as well.)
