Auto transmision service question

I posted this last night and I cant find it any where now so Ill repost it. I am going to be pulling a 27 foot travel trailer to Colorado and back in a few weeks (1500 miles or so) and I would like to change the tranie fluid and adjust the bands. I did a serch on here the other night and could not find anything that listed the torque specs for the bands. Also how many quarts of oil will I need to get, The owners manual only lists the entire volume of the tranie with the t.c. Sory if this has been discused many times before but I couldent find it anywhere. Also if there is a sertain procedeure that I need to follow please list it. Thanks for your help.
