so what sort of stuff would I order in it to get the most for my money.
truck is chipped, I for see future power mods.
I tow a few times a year, camper, dump trailer.
I like to get on it now and then.
I haul a lot of stuff in the back of it. full cord of wood every time I go to the east side of south dakota.

right now it has a shutter in that area right before it shifts.

Call Dave, he has forgotten more than any of us will ever know, and he won't sell you more, or less than you need.

Not to mention they are good people, drive your truck there and have him stuff it in.

to bad he wants 1000.00 core charge.
I wanted to rebuild mine in my spare time, as these trucks are cheap when the transmission go's out.

from what I can tell I would want the 3700.00 one that he sells.
I will have to print out his trans and theirs and see what is different.

just wish that I knew more about these newer trucks.

this electronic controlled stuff, I just have a hard time understanding it.

Really not that much electronics inside, they only use a simple solenoid to control OD and TCC, the real issue is that they use the stupid pressure control....... But the actual trans is pretty much the same old 727......
