Friend's 99' won't even turn over battery is good .His mech. thinks it may be the factory anti theft ,that may be the trouble,had a problem with it before and messed with the key fob opener ,only would crank when you used the opener to unlock the doors{ manual unlock no start }but this time that even don't work . Heard of such ? Can you bypass or disarm the factory anti theft device? Suggestions? This is gas truck I know ,but there are lots of brains here ! Who else to ask ?Thanks
