adding LS to rearend,,options??

I did a search on limited slip rearends and couldn't really find a solution. Detroit locker seems to be closest to what I'm looking for.
Would like to add a LS that engages by itself, it rains here a lot and when going around corners I have trouble getting traction with my non LS rearend, especially when making a turn from a stop and going up a hill. Don't really want to have to throw a switch like a air or electric locker, great products, just not what I am looking for.Dana 80. Any ideas? Thanks

I would stay with a L.S. for street use. Detroits are great off road, but not so nice on the street. You should be able to get a trac-lok for your Hybred D80. Try Randys ring and pinion, or grab a factory LS from a junkyard and swap the whole works.

Hello, did the same thing your doing. Stay with limited slip for the street. I got mine off ebay and there was another on for sale there recently. Good luck.
