53 block what year

53 block what year

i am looking at a 98 24v dodge has 150k some say the 53 block goes over 150k theres nothing to worry about what do you think?? and would this 98 have to have the 53 block??

more than likely a 53 block. from under the truck, look at either side of the block just above the oil pan near the front. the number "53" will be stamped in it and that'll give you your answer.
