wanting to put a 99 2 wheel drive cab on a 98.5 4 wheel drive frame. will this cab that had a man trans work with an auto. or is the trans hump differnt. i know i have to cut the hole for the 4x4 shifter. They both had a 24 valve engine

 

It's hard to imagine they would set it up very different. No reason to. I'm gonna guess it won't be a problem. Well it WILL be a problem , but I think the transmission should clear fine.

I would guess a 1/2 ton gasser cab would go on. Have fun!
