mudwiser, The name of the product is Posilock 4x4. I found mine in J.C. Whitney catalog. If you do a google search with that heading you will find a neat website that sells the kit(for more $ than Whitney) but also gives great instalation info.Price in 2005 from Whitney $179. Frank

Whitney website said it was not available but I will continue to look. Thanks for the words of wisdom though.

Man, I appreciate the help ya'll are offering. I'm going to try to get some of this stuff taken care of real soon. I will see if repairing the vac motor seal solves the prob. I will eventually get the posilock 4x4 system anyway. This is the first truck I have owned that does not have hubs. (77 Bronco and 00 Tacoma- still have both) Thanks again.

I pulled the lines off of the shift motor with the truck running to check for vac and the red line had good vac. Did not feel any vac on the black line. Could it be the shift motor or should I keep looking for another vac leak?
