When I shift in to 4hi I feel like a grinding rubbing coming from under floor board and in the shifter. Do I have a u joint out or am I not engaging all the way. If I'm moving there is a decent popping sound from the front you can def feel it and hear it shift. It never use to do this last year and shifted smooth

Sounds like you are in for some repairs. Is it the front axle disconnect not working well? It does not sound like the streched chain noise from the TC. Does the light come on quickly?
