24 valve cummins problems

Hello
I just bought Dodge ram -99 with 24 valve cummins. When its cold it will start right away, but when warm it is really hard to get started, cranks and cranks but wont fire up.

And then there is problem that in some speeds when i try to rev over 2000-2200rpm it just wont do it. And it is almost impossible to get it over 80mph (about 2100rpm). In 75mph it has power and goes well but when it hits 80mph it just quits and speed will lower to 75mph and then it receives all power and does it again and again. But sometimes when i try and try it will go past 80 and do 105mph easily. Same problem in about 50mph when revs are at 2000-2200, but when i let it shift bigger gear it goes easily past over it.

I read fault codes and it gave these
P0238 Turbocharger boost sensor a circuit high
P0118 Engine cooland temperature sensor 1 circuit high
P0113 Intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit high
P0216 Injector/Injection timing control circuit

I cleared codes and P0216 disappeared and did not come back after short trip (about 1mile)

I checked live data and it shows -40 degrees for coolant temp sensor and also -40 degrees for iat sensor. (not sure if those are fahrenheits or celcius since im from europe but not even near of true it was about 15 celcius / 59F)
And map sensor said also something really strange (just cant remember right now i believe it was like 263) and it did not change when i revved.

I ordered new map and iat sensor but it takes about 2weeks to get them. I have one new coolant temp sensor so i will replace it today.

Does anyone have any ideas? My truck is totally stock as far as I know, but it is old truck with lots of miles. Is it my injector pump? Wouldnt want to buy new one just to try since those are super expensive.

Solved those sensor problems but this is still a problem. Can someone confirm it is injector pump?

In some speeds when i try to rev over 2000-2200rpm it just wont do it. And it is almost impossible to get it over 80mph (about 2100rpm). OK, P0216 is very common on these trucks.

Blue chip diesel has an excellent diagnostics path for this.

Just search for P0216 on this site.
