24 v fuse 9 engine

Hello, so I've been trying to diagnose a draw on system, pulled number 9 fuse and suddenly my voltage starts increasing. Side door says it's for engine. However when I search Google, pretty much all the stuff is 12v with a mechanical fuel valve shut off. I'm not exactly seeing that on the 24v. Unless it is there and I just can't seem to find it.

Anyways, anyone able to explain what the engine wire is used for on 24v? Anyone have issues of it grounding out and a solution? Thanks for any help.

I cant remember which fuse it is but the PCM regulates voltage. You're possibly pulling that fuse.
