Oil Leak at Cooler, Coolant leak at WP.

I was looking over the engine last night and noticed two leaks.

The oil cooler, next to the oil filter, is completely covered in oil and there is oil running down from the cooler and on to the bottom of the block. This is a plate-type cooler. I hope it is just the gaskets for the cooler.

Thw water pump has traces of antifreeze all over it. I don't think a leak from the weep hole would lead to antifreeze on top of the pump. The thermostat housing is dry, including its underside.

I will do more investigating after cleaning up the engine. In the meantime, any input is most welcome.

Here is an update. The coolant leak is from the front passenger side corner of the head gasket. Time for a new head gasket. Is this a common mode of failure for the head gasket? Will just replacing the head gasket (no machining of the cylinder head) usually fix the leak properly?

I cleaned up the oil cooler and idled the engine for about 15 mins with no trace of an oil leak. It looks like the leak may be from the o-ring for the oil pressure releif valve.
