2002 dodge with edge chip codes and major limp mode
Latest news, map sensor has been replaced and the code has not returned however the driveability issue remains. Replaced the turbo and NO difference. $1400 and climbing. BTW I called dodge and complained about their faulty diagnosis and they said that they will figure it out. Does this mean that they will the parts at it until it runs right?
In case anyone is still watching this thread. Dodge determined that the ecm is bad. Weremoved it to find that they apparently beat the heckler out of it with a punch or hammer. To make matters worse after running a new ground to the ecm it ran perfectly for thirty minutes then died with a no buss code. It appears that all it needed was a good ground but the housing Which is now dented shorted the board.
