Check for codes?? Check all relays and fuses in the engine compartment and dash and report back with your findings..

May need to crack an injector line to see of you are getting fuel after the VP (while someone cranks)

I had mine not restart after I shut it down. I had been having some fuel pressure issues off and on. Cracked injectors and nothing so I thought VP was gone. I found Blue Chip diesel site where they tell how to check for sure the IP is likely bad. If you have pressure at the IP, crack the injector lines and crank for 30 seconds. You should get a pile of fuel if your pump is still OK. I had not cranked mine anywhere near that long but when I did I started getting fuel at #1 and it started to pop like it wanted to run. Shut down #1 and cranked a bit more while it was still trying to fire. Checked the other two I had cracked and had fuel. Tightened them down and she has been running ever since. No codes related to the IP so I hope I dodged a bullet. Been running over a month now with no issues. I did install a Raptor which took care of the fuel pressure troubles.

Here is some info that may be useful for ya.
