2001 24v

Hey all i have a chance to trade my 92 sc400 for a totalled dodge 2500 quad cab long bed. It needs fenders, bed, control arms, motor mounts, and possibly a cab. The very tip of the frame on the front is tweeked a bit and it has a plow mount as well thats damaged. The inside is in good shape, it has the infinity surround in it. It has 51k on it and it is 4x4. I was to rebuild it but i also have a chance to trade for a good running gmc diesel 4x4 with 168k on it. I guess im just lookin for advice on what you all would do.
thanks

Be prepared to pay ou 3 times what your top dollar guess is as to what the cost will be....If you hire out the paint there goes 3 to 5 Gs alone

with such low miles Id see if you can rebuild it yourself and save some $$. If not Id definitely pull out drivetrain and keep it and part out the rest.
