Replacing cracked 53 block with another 1999 non 53 block the replacement does not have a crank sensor will the truck run with my ECM?

 

Then it ain't a 99 block. don't use unless you love agrevation and failures. it is much more than cranksensor adventure. Now if you gonna load all your parts into the acquired 01 block, including crank and camshaft components.
