0622

2001 3500 24 valve with 302,000 miles on it sent check engine code 0622. Truck seems to operate normally - what is this code and how do you fix!!!!!!!!!??????????

Is that with the original engine? I hope mine lasts that long. If you don't mind me asking, what have you replaced most often?

2 lift pumps, 2 clutch slave cylinders, 2 track bars, ball joints, and a thermostat.

From the Dodge service manual it says as a breif description of the DTC ---An open or shorted condition detected in the generator feild control circuit---.

Gm, Ford, Dodge and all the rice burner stuff all needs work, Anybody tells you different, There not telling the truth. Alot of it is on how you drive and maintance it.
