Is it worth uprading the H1c compressor housings?

I noticed on Gillet diesel website their are several choices for the 93. I have a 16cm ex housing already and i use my truck mainly for towing. What would be the best choice and what are the effect of a smaller vs larger compressor housing. What kind of performance can i expect from theses? http://www.gillettdiesel.com/turboch...pgrades-2.aspx

You're talking about the exhaust housings.

60mm will definitely flow alot more air. And they sound nice with the MWE slot.

If you are keeping the stock injectors then a compressor upgrade is worth the money. If you are putting in big ol' injectors and want to keep towing, save the money towards a bigger better turbo.

What he said. I'm only running 190's with aggressive pump settings and timed @ 15*. My 60mm struggles to keep it at 1300 on the pyro.

yep, you got to use your head if you only got the 60mm upgrade and large injectors.

I've been pretty happy with my 60mm upgade so far but im only running stock injectors. The sound over the stock h1c was well worth the money to me. Egt's seem a bit cooler.

thats the info i was looking for, i will be getting 140 hp injectors from coal train down the road. So if you go with larger injectors does that mean you have to get a larger turbo? what would happen with the stock h1c? high egt's?

Exactly. If your truck is a play truck, you can "get by" with a hybrid and big injectors, but if you want to get the full power potential and have safe EGT's for towing you will need a bigger turbo like an HX-40 or S300 variant.
