Won't pull it's shadow
My truck has no bottem end, and when i hit a hill it falls on it's face.
I pull a gooseneck stock trailer every where I go, so this deal with no power sucks. Is the problem turbo (21cm) related, or just a sluggy motor? IF it's the turbo, whats the best housing for pulling a lot of heavy loads?
Thanks for your time

How long have you own you truck? did it just start to have problem or has it ran this way for a time?
Need more details of when and how the problem began!
The 21cm housing is likely the culprit. If you don't plan to go wild with the mods, your best bet is an HX-35 or WH1C from a newer truck. You could just swap a 12cm housing on your current turbo, but it seems they're hard to come by lately for a decent price. In any event, get your hands on a 12cm, weather alone or attached to an HX-35/WH1C and you'll have a new truck. Next, pop a 3200 rpm governor spring in there and you'll no longer dread the 2-3 shift loaded on a hill
I have had it for about a year. It's always been this way , i just put up with it. I also wondered if the previous owner made sure the valve springs were changed when the exhaust brake was installed, I use the brake A LOT. If not, thats bad right? What years will interchange with the housing?
You should definitely install HD exhaust valve springs if you use the e-brake a lot. I'm not sure on the specs, but I believe the stockers will only hold about half the psi of the upgrade items. As for exhaust housings, anything from an H1C (which is what you have) WH1C (94 model year) or HX-35 will essentially bolt right up. Sizes that are available are the 21, 18.5, 16 14 and 12. The 14 and 12 are available in wastegated and non-wastegated varieties. How fast do you tow? What is your average elevation? Higher altitudes and lower speeds (under 65mph) generally point toward a smaller housing...pulling grades in the mountains? A wastegated 12 will be your friend. Runnin' 75 across Nebraska? You may want to consider the 16.
