Wiring Issues

Could anybody tell me where the ground wires are and where they connect for the wring harness that runs to the rear of the truck for the tailights, turn signals, brakes, fuel level etc? My left turn signal works but the right keeps blowing the fuse. Any suggestions?

Ground wires don't blow fuses. You have a short in the power wire or the trailer wiring is configured wrong (been there done that).

I had the same situation on my old 78 Chevy.

When I finally found it, it turned out to be old age causing the entrails of the little brass bulb-holder to short to ground.

I soldered up one of my custom home-made double-bulb never-fail bulb-holders and it has been trouble-free ever since (and twice as bright).
