window install troubles

The channel on the bottom of my driver side window poped off leaving the window inoperable, stuck about 3/4 open.
I took it apart glued the channel back on the bottom of the window, now I'm trying to get the wheels back in the groves on the bottom of the window! Power Windows by the way.

Any advice, tips or tricks? What a pain.

Take the rubber bumper out from under the center of the window at the bottom of the door. Then roll the window down. The rollers should go back in.
