Haven't personally done it but my understanding is that the H2 rim will work if you bore the center hole out to fit. The '06 Dodge should fit if you use spacers as I understand it.
Do a little searching in this section and you should find examples of both I think.

Digging up an old thread because it still relevant
Anyone got the part numbers for this but talking with Geno's and they don't have a listing the closest thing they have is a delete nipple.
I think it's merely a o-ring leaking but the nipple is in hard and fast the only way I'm going to get it out is with a pipe wrench. I tried double nutting it can't get it to come off. I try a flat head and a piece of Steel ground down but the eighth inch thick steel just bent.

I'm thinking he used the wrong thread, what I think he wants to know is about a leaking fuel heater and how to delete it

yes wrong thread. Sorry. Tryed to delead and move to the 1st to 2nd gen pre heater conversation https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/1st-gen-ram-all-topics-93/1gen-preheater-258221/page2/ . 1st and 2nd gen discontinued Genos is doing some research for me as the only option they have remaining is the third gen canister type and custon lines and the deleat spud(will be hearfri or mon as a temp fix) as far as the deleating the fuel heater no dice I live in Montana -40 is common. Truck will start down to minus 20 without plug but at - 23 wait till it warms up or plug it in

I use a 2" spacer to run 3rdgen wheels on the front of my W250. Should work the same a D250.
It knocks the ~6" backspace down to a 'normal' 4". I also upgraded to 9/16" studs just in case.
