Where is a good place to get parts for the NP205 case. Will be pulling it shortly to rebuild the getrag and wanted to check it over while I was at it.

My front output yoke is shot, would like to check the bearings, ect..

The 205 is as close to bulletproof as they come. If you don't have metal in the drained gear oil or obvious problems leave it be. Just fix the yoke.

I'd look at this.....https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...=89151.....its the splined coupler between the tcase input and the tranny output. This is not the first one I've heard failing. Since you'll have the tcase out, inspect the coupler, and the shafts. Other then that the 205 is pretty bulletproof.

I've seen a bunch of these couplers fail in chevy gasser pulling trucks on Saturday nights. Specially on a dry track where the guys are using high side, 1st gear. Takes them out every time.
