no since your is a 4wd you should be good to go, i have a 2wd so i had to get a 1.5" wheel adapter to clear the front suspension components and bigger bulge lugnuts

some people replace all the studs b/c the newer dodges have 9/16 studs and lugnuts but you can just get larger 1/2 lugnuts for our 1gen studs like

The wheels on the first gen are american racing wheels so i don't know about the bolt holes.

im sure they will work most wheels have a tapered lug nut hole so you can use them on various vehicles with different stud sizes. If you did want to switch out all your studs their is info on how to do it in the 1 gen sticky FAQ section

You will need spacers! I put 1.5" spacers on. The ones I bought had 9/16 lugs in them instead of 1/2". That way i could use the stock 3rd gen nuts, and use the hub caps. i cut holes in the caps for the lockouts and they look real sharp. Check my profile out for pics!

I'm diggin those rims. Where might Ia guy find those? Schamran, I PM'd you today about your rims. I see now you used 1.5" spacers. I just need to get put on a location for the rims.
