What's your dream 1st gen???

Well I'm definately in love with 1st gens just like the rest of us on this site and have got thinkin about my dream 1st gen i wanna make someday, and wanted to see what everyone elses dream 1st gen would be?

Well I've been thinkin and i love my black 92 i got now and i'd keep that truck and stay VE with that one, but I just want another 1st gen! And My dream 1st gen is gettin a 92 or 93 reg cab body in good condition, and paint it Indy red (cuz i love red 1st gens, my second favorite color of 1st gens besides black) and have a 4" or 6" lift on it with some 18" black moto metal 951 rims with Mud Grappler tires. And under the hood I would like a 24 valve motor with twins, and all the goodies, injectors, head work and all that jazz, and probably a p-pump to go on it, a 6 speed manual trans with an black 8" single CAT stack. I think this truck would be killer and look awesome. A red screamin 1st gen with black accents. I know it wouldn't be considered a 1st gen to you guys cuz of the motor in it but it would still be sweet. So thats my dream 1st gen I wanna build... maybe someday...

Whats your dream 1st gen? even if it doesn't have a VE pump?

for my dream truck, I would like to add a few features to my 1st gen. I would add a fully built 47 rh, 4 link suspension with king coils up front with a air bag system in the rear. Some heavy duty tough looking bumpers with fog lights and reverse lights cut in. Then I would be on the fence for a 500 hp p-pumper with twins or my current 12v with all the bells and whistles. Basically I need about 10g and I'll have my dream truck!!

My dream truck is in the classiieds as I type this to bad its the wrong color, mine would have to be a dark color

93 std cab W350 dually with an NV4500, add a smidge of lift and some 255-85s and it would be just right

Or a Long box 4x4 crew with the 89-90 grille, painted the same black and gold as the box on my w250 with about 4" of lift and some 35's

'91-'93 D350, Regular cab, NV4500.

She'd look like this without the 3rd gen badges. I like 1st Gen badges better. And mine would have full length running boards too. A 5" turndown tip would be added as well.

That is very nice...Looks like you molded the rear flares into the body...I really like regular cab duallies...They are very hard to find here in 1st gen or 2nd gen.

91 - 93 RC
1. CR swap (with VG or twin turbo - 4" turbo back with tip integrated into custom bumper)
2. full tilt 48RE or 6 spd stick
3. boxed frame
4. 4 link front and rear on long travel air bags.
5. Custom bumpers front and rear with provisions for a 12,000lb winch. Bumpers would also be cut into the fenders like a 2nd or 3rd gen truck.
6. Trimmed fenders to run a max 38" tire with only 3-4" of lift.
7. Interior - full sound deadening, cage, custom ram boxes that go over the rear wheel wells, act like arm rests to the back seat with integrated provisions for speakers. Pull out tray in the back behind the seat to load and unload up to 500lbs of random stuff
8. Espar heater, eliminate the vent window and just make it solid (sorry I hate how every vehicle I've been in with one leaked)
9. Hydroboost brakes

ummm ... there's more ... <end/babbling>

SlowSmoke's truck with some mods actually
So a single cab 4x4 dually, 5-speed, candy apple red, 6" lift or so and 35's, dual 5 or 6" aussie stacks, protech cab guard, and some chrome. Oh how I wish I was rich

My dream is the one I drove to work today, but I`d settle for a short bed crew
