Mine has 240,000 on it now, no engine issues, just an intercooler replacement
due to corrosion.

Mine has 416,000 on it.
Engine's never been opened beyond valve covers.
At 359,470 dad installed a banks power pack kit.
Diff's & such have been rebuilt, some body work been done.
The truck was a business delivery vehicle all around sd before dad got it & he pulled a camper with it.

My factory alternator only made it to 250k, stock clutch still holding at just shy of 300k.

Miles

Met a Hot Shotter in Fort Stockton Texas with one million 350k on his and it still sounded good. He said the head had never been off and the injection pump had never been off the engine. He bought it new and used Lucas in every tank and attributes the life on the pump to the Lucas. Regular oil changes and valve adjustments. Everthing else on the truck replaced many times. That is the day I started buying Lucas by the gallon. At 434k mine still pulls good and the injector has not caused me a problem. R C
