I have ground the fuel pin, advanced the timing almost to the head, open air filter, short strait pipe coming out in front of rear tire. I have not touched the fuel screw yet, its still in the stock possition.

So, what should I be seeing for peak boost right now?

a stock intercooled auto will see about 12, 5-speed is probably 14-18. fuel pin will add a few pounds but the timing bump will take some away. I'd say you should be somewhere around 20 without touching the fuel screw depending on how much you ground the pin.

Id say under 20. With whats done in my sig minus the 3200spring I was maxing at 22psi ands the fuel screw is turned in I just dont know how far. Ive tuned it to egt's

 

Im seeing 24-25 psi right now, just didnt know if that much boost with so few mods was normal.

 

With mild pump tweaks, and 190's, the most I ever saw was 22psi towing with the 21cm.
