92 should be internal lockouts right?

I would recomend warn premiums if you push it hard. The standard warns are aluminum and will strip more easily with larger tires or allot of throttle.

Friend of mine on his jeep has had very good luch with superwinch lockouts as well.

Mine has superwinch. Haven't had an issue with them yet, and they see heavy use.

I don't know what you mean by internal hubs. Mine are manual and mounted on the spindle at the wheel. You twist a little plastic **** to engage and disengage.

Internal means that the locking hub driven gear is attached to the wheel hub via splines & held in by a snap ring, as opposed to the older style locking hubs that had a driven flange that attached to the wheel hub with cap screws.

The internal hubs have a little ring of allen headed screws that hold the selector mechanism on -- the old style have a ring of 3/8 cap screws that hold the whole locking hub on AND transmit the driving torque.

Hope that is a little clearer than mud.

Crystal clear. The old style is what some refer to as the military style found on old Jeeps and International trucks. Mine is also refered to as Manual Locking Hubs because you need to get out of the seat to lock them in or out. I learned the hard way that it is best to lock them in BEFORE I need them.
