You folks found another newbe,but with a difference,my gen 1 is in a 30ft.rv w/an allison 542 4spd.

Thank you for the welcome.
My 1st.project is to replace the exhaust side of the turbo with the recommended 16cm.When I recieved the housing it is bare.Are there no gaskets,seals,just a metal to metal mating surface?Anything I should know about before I make myself look foolish?

There's a gasket between the manifold and the turbo. Everything else is just a tight fit.

Hey, thanks Iroc! I know where it lives, or sleeps, the darn thing NEVER goes anywhere except for its annual NYS inspection. Darn sweet rig too.
