Visor for my 92...

Bumble, that makes sense. The leading edge of the Lund slopes down toward the windshield cutting air in underneath it, whereas the others allow that edge to slope up to the roof creating downforce.

I like the look of visors and was happy to see I could buy a new one and not have to buy used takeoffs by Lund. Great info on the Summit line. Never would have guessed someone would make something aftermarket for old unpopular Dodges. Its tough being us sometimes.

These are pictures that Summit sent me last year of there visor.
Too bad they only make them for regular cabs, I wanted one.

I am kinda new to the sight but i bought mine form the local u-pull it for 25 and it had a small crack one the front of it

If you look closer, the SUM-480160 is a part number for both standard and ext. cabs. However the cabs are not the same.

The reg cabs have a squared off appearance with a distinct bodyline above the rain gutter. The extended cabs are rounded and the same contour as the 70's era trucks.

Would tth rounded section be the same as the RamCharger?

At first glance I thought so, but upon close inspection they are slightly different. The RC roof has a smooth curve from gutter to roofline on both front and side. The extended cabs have a character line about 1 1/4" above the front gutter and about 3/4" above the doors. Overall I think the roofs are similar enough that a RC and Ext cab visor would be interchangeable.
