Question Very very hard break pedel

HI Everyone I just found and joined your group today. This looks like a great resource for good contacts and info. Thanks
I have a qustion about a 1991 dodge D150 P/U.
I Have a very very hard break pedel. I have changed the booster, checked to make sure that I have good vac. and put on all new friction with no improvments. H E L P please, Thank you! Allmountainbike

Welcome aboard,

When you check the vacuum did you check it after the check valve on the booster?

i wish i had a very hard brake pedal in my truck

check your vaccuum lines and such

if it's not vacuum you need, then it's bleeding. Keep bleeding the calipers and adjusting the rear brakes. I went through this long repetitive process when I replaced my master cylinder and brake booster. I had to go through the whole ordeal five times...
