underneth rear vid
i straped my cam under my truck the other day to see what its like when all is turning and was WOW. im pretty much stock just stright pipe and air filter and its auto and did not relize how much the axle warps. then i left it in 4x4 low and shifted each gear and made the axle really warp. so from this vid it shows a good example of why it is good to put 4 link or traction bars even under stock power. i going to do another one showing the front and another one of the rear with a set of bars and then u should see a difference.

cool video. were you doing donuts at like 2:04 ?? if your truck had an aftermarket converter i bet you could make it sound just like a 5 spd because you almost had me at the beginning of the video
i like the part where you're running over bricks and piles of dirt and stuff
how did you set up the camera?

That is a lot of wrap, but the most out of any configuration because the 1993 W models have 6" rear lift blocks stock... They will put more of a lever on the spring for the 'wrap' effect. Looks fine to me, no need for a 4 bar link!

i did a video like that with my dads 02 dmax with a stick. when we had the loaded gooseneck on at 24k total the gear shift would wobble six inches side to side on lite throttle take offs. showed the dealer no help so i had a replacement overload leaf made for each side with a rubber snubber that came up underneath the front mount eye like a traction bar . got rid of 90% of the wrap. great shots.

Hey Bullfrog when you go to make traction bars or 4 link make sure to snap pitures please cause right now my 92 is scream for a set of traction bars or 4 link not sure yet which way I'm goin yet. But I might get some much needed help from your setup to help make my decision.

that last video actually looks good in that when the power is really ON the u joints are around 0 angle... I'd imagine if you put a 4 bar link on there with the angle as it sat unloaded, you'd go through u joints a LOT faster.

heres a a normal pic of what the vid showed
heres a pic of where it was mounted on the skid plate cross memeber i warped it in ducktape 1st so that when i did tape the cam down it had a clean base i also tape some clothes in there so the cam wasnt on metal it would hav a soft base. i put a bag on part of the cam that way dirty didnt hit the screen and the bag was also there so that the duck tape didnt touch cam directly. i had all ready to go taped it down and just turned on and push play.
here the cam i used its a fujifilm s700 fine pix
